Received order 17 days after it was placed. During that time there was zero communication or updates. This was meant to be a birthday gift. Wont order again. Update: Just found complete tracking hx. Order placed on 8/12 but item wasnt shipped until 8/21. It then took an additional 9 days.

I have never gotten my three dumpster fire response team pins. It’s been almost a month. I’ve tried looking at the tracking and as of June 18 it’s stopped moving and I haven’t gotten it and there’s no where to email customer service or anything. I wouldn’t waste your time.
